1. Return Window
You have [7] calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for your electric cycle. After this period, returns are not accepted.
2. Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the electric cycle must be in like-new condition, free from signs of use, dirt, or damage. Include all original packaging and components (charger, keys, manuals, etc.). If the item is returned in used condition or does not meet these criteria, we may refuse the return or apply a refurbishment fee.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including used products, batteries, special orders (unless covered by warranty), sale items, gift cards, opened accessories, and items damaged by misuse.
4. Return Process
To start a return, contact Customer Support at owner@e-bikes.site with your order number and reason for return; photos may be required. Do not return the item before receiving authorization and shipping instructions. If approved, we will provide a return address. Upon shipment of goods, coordinate the shipment by providing a tracking number provided by the carrier. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
5. Fees and Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which will be deducted from your refund, if it was approved. A restocking fee of 40 percent may also apply depending on the item's condition and reason for return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Refusing delivery may result in a fee to cover two-way shipping.
6. Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the refund's approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days, with additional time needed for your bank or credit card company.
7. Damages and Defects
Inspect your order upon arrival. Report defective, damaged, or incorrect items immediately for evaluation and resolution. Shipping damage must be documented upon receipt for an insurance claim.
8. Exchanges
Exchanges are generally not offered. For a different item, return the original (if eligible) and place a new order after the return is accepted.
